While music can be great to motivate – just remember some safety rules. Keep the volume low. Audiologists recommend no more that 50% of the maximum volume for your device. This will help save your ear drums from long term damage and should allow you to be aware of your surroundings.
Use the music to motivate, not drown out the world!
