Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
When an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved for you and no other conflicting booking are taken. When a change is made last minute, it is often not possible to fill that space.
When an appointment is changed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice a fee will apply.
| Amount of Notice Given for Change, Cancellation or Reschedule | Fee Charged |
| More than 24 Hours | no charge |
| 12 to 24 Hours | 50% of the value of scheduled appointment |
| 0 to 12 Hours | 100% of the value of scheduled appointment |
| Missed Appointments | 100% of the value of scheduled appointment |
| Same day bookings and Bookings made with less than 24 Hours notice: Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day or less the 24 hours before the appointment time, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, you are responsible for paying any charges as per our policies. |
