Effective August 7, 2009, I will be closing my practise at the Sports and Spinal Injury Clinic on Carling Ave to expand clinic hours at Momentum Massage Therapy’s downtown clinic.
New and existing clients can book appointments at the downtown clinic.
Existing clients can have their records transferred by contacting me at 613-907-1418, or by completing a Consent to Disclose form and sending the completed form to the Sports and Spinal Injury Clinic.
