Massage therapy can release muscular tension that contributes to the feeling of stress. To extend the benefits of the treatment, we can provide you with simple exercises to correct muscular imbalances that have developed.
Poor posture contributes to the feeling of stress and can create ‘knots’ in the shoulders and back. This prevents the body from fully relaxing. We can work with you to improve your posture and relieve muscular tension so that your body can relax.
